This New Holland LX885 Turbo Diesel Skid Steer Loader is a powerful machine designed for tough jobs. With approximately 2,005 hours showing on the hour meter, it is powered by a robust 4-Cylinder Turbo Diesel engine, providing excellent fuel efficiency and durability for your earthmoving and industrial needs. The machine features All Wheel Drive (AWD), ensuring superior traction and performance on challenging terrains. The ROPS/FOPS Certified Cab provides added safety for operators. The cab’s open design allows for optimal visibility.

The LX885 Turbo comes with a versatile 4-in-1 multi-purpose bucket attachment, making it ideal for handling a variety of materials and tasks.

Seller’s Comments:
*** PLEASE NOTE ***: This machine has not been started or operated for approximately 2–3 years. It currently has flat batteries and was hard to start. The engine smokes when operating. However, the hydraulics were working well and responsive when used last, with no visible leaks.
A previous owner installed a dual 12/24 volt starting system, allowing initial cranking on 24 volts before switching back to 12 volts for normal operation.

There are no loading facilities on-site. A tilt tray truck is required for collection.

Unless the PPSR report states otherwise, no security interests, monies owing, or other types of registration have been recorded against the serial/VIN number in that report.

The seller remains responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is unencumbered and that any security interests are discharged. Bidders/buyers are strongly encouraged to obtain their own independent PPSR search for additional peace of mind before bidding or completing the purchase.

INSPECTIONS - VEHICLES

Bids should be made based on your personal inspection and assessment of the vehicle. The information provided in this listing is for guidance only. Typically, vehicles are not driven or road-tested; descriptions are based on an engine start-up only, unless otherwise stated. There may be additional damages, mechanical issues, safety issues, hidden faults, or body blemishes not listed, so a full inspection is highly recommended before bidding.

Standard auction practice allows for vehicles to be inspected and started during viewing, but not driven. Due to Health and Safety regulations, bidders cannot test-drive vehicles. However, you may start the engine, test dashboard functions, and open the bonnet to view the engine.

Used vehicles may have scratches, minor dents, paint chips, wear and tear, and other cosmetic imperfections from normal/everyday use.

If you live interstate or cannot inspect the vehicle in person, we recommend organising a third party to inspect it on your behalf. This could be a family member, friend, or your preferred mechanic or inspection service.

PAYMENT - AUCTIONS

Pre-Bid Card Authorisation:

To participate in bidding, all registered buyers must authorise a payment hold on their credit card. When you place your first bid, a Pre-Bid Card Authorisation will be placed on your credit card to verify card validity, expiration date, and fund availability. This secure hold amount is stated in the IMPORTANT NOTES section in this listing.

This is NOT a charge, but a temporary verification measure to confirm that your card is valid and that sufficient funds are available. At the end of the auction, the hold amount will be released from your card. Holds typically expire within 7 days, but are often much sooner.  The exact timing may vary depending on your card provider.  In some cases, if an auction runs longer than 7 days or if your bank releases the hold early, a new authorisation may be required to continue bidding.  Failure to maintain a valid credit card may result in bidding restrictions or cancellation of bids.

Please note that we do not store your payment details beyond the authorisation process. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, our trusted third-party payment provider, in accordance with industry-standard security protocols.

Buyer’s Premium:

If you are the winning bidder at the close of the Auction or Buy Now listing, the Buyer’s Premium will be automatically charged using the default payment method listed in your My Account. This charge covers the Buyer’s Premium only and does not serve as a deposit or contribute toward the item’s final bid price.

The Buyer’s Premium will only be charged once, and only if you are the winning bidder.  Please note that the Buyer’s Premium is calculated on the final bid price and charged separately. The final total cost of the vehicle will include both the winning bid (which you pay to the Seller) and the Buyer’s Premium (which is collected by you.bid). Make sure to consider this total amount before placing your bid.

Once we receive payment for the Buyer’s Premium, the Buyer’s contact details and the Seller’s contact details will be exchanged via email.  You may also be notified via SMS.  The Buyer will see the Seller’s contact details displayed on the item’s auction page, and the Seller will see the Buyer’s contact details displayed on the item’s auction page.

The winning bidder is responsible for paying the winning bid price directly to the seller. Both buyer and seller must communicate to finalise the transaction, including arranging payment and collection of the item.

Credit Cards:

The buyer is responsible for arranging the collection of the item with the seller, either in person or through a third party such as a transport company. The seller will release the item only after receiving full payment and cleared funds. Upon collection, the buyer must present a copy of the winner’s email and a photo ID that matches the buyer’s information provided at the close of sale.
