PAYMENT - AUCTIONS

Pre-Bid Card Authorisation:

To participate in bidding, all registered buyers must authorise a payment hold on their credit card. When you place your first bid, a Pre-Bid Card Authorisation will be placed on your credit card to verify card validity, expiration date, and fund availability. This secure hold amount is stated in the IMPORTANT NOTES section in this listing.

This is NOT a charge, but a temporary verification measure to confirm that your card is valid and that sufficient funds are available. At the end of the auction, the hold amount will be released from your card. Holds typically expire within 7 days, but are often much sooner.  The exact timing may vary depending on your card provider.  In some cases, if an auction runs longer than 7 days or if your bank releases the hold early, a new authorisation may be required to continue bidding.
