COLLECTION

Upon collection, the buyer must present a copy of the winner’s email and a photo ID that matches the buyer’s information provided at the close of sale.

Third Party Collection

If the buyer intends to send a Third Party to collect the item on their behalf, the Third Party will need to present the following to the seller:

1) A copy of the Winner’s Email

2) A signed Third Party Collection Authority (download here), permitting the seller to release the item to the third party

3) A photocopy of the Buyer’s Driver’s Licence

Collection should be made within a reasonable timeframe.
Once items are removed, the transaction between the buyer and seller is deemed complete.
